Refund Policy

All registrations for the Wheat City Run are processed through Race Roster. As such, all refund requests must be submitted directly through the Race Roster platform and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Please note:

• Registration fees are non-refundable under most circumstances, including injury, scheduling conflicts, or weather-related delays.

• In the event of race cancellation due to factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, safety concerns, or public health restrictions), no automatic refunds will be issued, but alternate solutions (e.g., virtual participation, race credit, or deferral) may be considered.

• Transfers or deferrals (if available) must also be processed through Race Roster and may be subject to their administrative policies.
